Tender Details

Tender are invited for Vendors capable of providing an on premise remittance processing system to assist citizens in its electronic processing of incoming premium payments from policyholders. Vendors must provide, directly or indirectly, the following System components : A. Remittance Processing Software (Software). B. Remittance Processing Hardware (Hardware). C. Implementation Services and Ongoing Support Services (Services).
Notes : The Contract term is anticipated t o commence on or about April 15, 2018, with a system implementation date of January 1, 2019. Upon full implementation and acceptance, the contract is anticipated to continue for an initial term of five (5) years. At Citizens` discretion, the contract may be renewed for up to an additional five (5) years.
