Tender Details

Tender are invited for Qualified organizations to perform exterior facade rehabilitation of the property. Remove existing defective window unit complete with all non-code conforming fixtures and accessories, including window awnings and properly dispose. Supply and install FBC 2014. Approved white aluminum framed horizontal sliding impact resistant windows. Remove all damage wood fascia and supply and install all new wood. Prepare surface of existing masonry/concrete walls to achieve maximum bonding as per stucco mix manufacturer`s recommendation. Apply 5/8" thick cement and sand stucco mix with textured finish to all surfaces of masonry/ concrete walls and soffits; electrical room all the wall blemishes shall be properly repaired/ patched, apply smooth knock down finish to walls. Prep all walls ready to receive paint. Supply and install new impact resistant 1-3/4" thick formed raised panel pre-hung insulated metal door, complete with interior/exterior casings, saddle. A new 3-wire circuit, connectors, duplex convenience outlets, bathroom and kitchen, switches, lamps, smoke detectors, 30-circuit 200 amp breaker panel box, security lamps at allexternal corners and energy efficient ceiling fans with light kits in all bedrooms and livingareas. Install a new minimum 16 SEER Factory rated Trane (or HCD approved equal) central air conditioning system including air handler unit, compressor properly secured to new concrete pad, (R-6) minimum ductwork, digital thermostat, airregisters, air transfers and all necessary plumbing and electrical services, fixtures andaccessories to cause for a smooth quiet and efficient method of controlling the temperature in all habitable rooms. Resurface the existing parking lot and restripe.
