Tender are invited for Construction of a new pre-engineered metal building containing approx. 5, 875 SF. Building shall incorporate two (2) private offices; a training classroom area; an open workspace for ten (10) full-time personnel, with space for futureexpansion for additional personnel; a break room; men's and women's latrine with shower facilities. Approx. 2, 400 sf of the building will be dedicated to equipment storage space. This storage space will include four (4) roll-up doors and two(2) personnel doors, and conditioned fenced secure storage compartments. Interior walls of storage area shall be unfinished interior grade plywood. Building will be finished on the exterior with split-face block wainscot. Project to includeinstallation of sidewalk from building to parking area; concrete ramp/apron to storage space; installation of new LP tank and concrete base pad. Site work for project is to include SJRWMD drainage requirements, and additional fencing for secure storage of unit vehicles and supplies.
