Tender Details

Tender are invited for Construction of a transit park including : clearing and grubbing of existing vacant site and removal of existing asphalt and concrete pavements and underlying expansive soils; removal of signs, pavement striping and markings, and other miscellaneous improvements on or adjacent to the site; road traffic control around the construction zones through the construction process; and construction of concrete curbs, gutters, sidewalk, driveways, vehicular concrete pavement, pedestrian pavements, drainage facilities, landscaping and irrigation, lighting, dumpster enclosure, and passenger plaza amenities including shade shelters, benches, information kiosks, bike racks, trash receptacles, signing and striping, and other miscellaneous site amenities.
