Provide GPS-based offender tracking system (OTS) to monitor the location of domestic violence offenders while, as an order of the courts, they are released on bail awaiting trial or as a condition of their sentencing, assigned to probation for monitoring. Additionally, the NCPD/NCP will require the OTS the ability to provide the victim of domestic violence a GPS-based device that would constantly report to the systemtheir location as well.
