Tender are invited for Project consists of the renovation of an existing earthen leveed single cell oxidation pond treatment facility. The existing single cell pond shall be drained and new earthen levees, protected by grass coverage, shall be constructed, to divide the Existing Single Cell Facility into a New Three (3) Cell Facility, followed by a New Rock Filter, followed by an Existing Sand Filtration System, followed by a New Concrete Chlorine Contact Chamber. New Crossover Piping and Wooden Access Piers shall be constructed for all of the New Crossover Piping. The two (2) Existing Sand Filter Pumps shall be relocated and reinstalled at the New Pumping Chamber on the upstream end of the New Chlorine Contact Chamber. A New Sand Filter Backwash Pump Station shall be constructed. A New 150 lb. Bottle Gaseous Chlorination Facility with a New Fiberglass Building shall also be constructed. A new Pre-Engineered Metal Maintenance Building shall also be constructed. The Existing Pond Aeration System shall either be temporarily removed and reinstalled (as a part of the Base Bid) or shall be completely removed and replaced with a New Aeration System (as a part of the Alternate Bid). A complete New Electrical System shall be installed for all of the New Treatment Plant Components.
