Tender Details

Tender are invited for Replace an existing boiler located at Elementary School with a Smith 28HE-RTS-W-14 boiler. Disconnection, removal and proper disposal of existing boiler. Furnish, install and assembly of a Smith 28HE-RTS-W-14 boiler with Power Flame Modulation : C3-0 straight oil burner with direct spark ignition. Furnish and install all necessary pipe valves and fittings, including (2) 5" butterfly valves. All pipe work to be grooved fittings. Furnish and install all oil piping required to connect the new burner to the existing oil feed lines.
Notes : This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. A pre bid conference was held on 20th July, 2018 at 10 : 00 AM at Reuben E. Thalberg Elementary School, 145 Dunham Road, Southington, CT 06489.
