Update, modification and ongoing maintenance services for the TETA 1 ERP system operated at PANS in Chemie. The subject of this order is the provision of updating, modification and ongoing maintenance services by the Contractor to the Ordering Party. service for the TETA ERP system operated by the Ordering Party, including in particular the TETA EDU system, the TETA ME system (Employee Portal), the database environment used by the System. As part of the implementation of the subject of the contract, the Contractor ensures integration Teta ERP system with external systems used by the Ordering Party. 2. The TETA ERP system is used by the Ordering Party on the basis of its licenses. The Ordering Party currently uses 15 TETA EDU simultaneous licenses and 550 TETA ME licenses. The Contractor declares that he is aware of the scope of the license granted to the Ordering Party for the ERP TETA system by the system supplier. The scope of the granted licenses enables the implementation of this agreement.3.
