The subject of the order are the following services: Updating the land records and buildings for 13 districts located in the Czarny Dunajec commune. 2. The subject of the order is to update the land and building records in terms of uses land, buildings (including their measurement in the field) and premises, and adaptation to compliance with applicable law. The service in question is necessary due to the provisions of Art. 4 section 1a) of the Geodetic and Cartographic Law Act (Journal of Laws 2024.1151, i.e.), which states that databases, including land and building records, are established and maintained in the ICT system for the entire country. The order will be made to ensure the implementation of public services provided at this Office. Implementation planned order solves problems and meets public and social needs. The order will lead to the adaptation of land registration databases and buildings to comply with the applicable conceptual model enabling data sharing spatial development in the form of e-services, which in turn will lead to improved quality of public services and economic and social development. 3.
