Review equipment and update the building Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as required per Canada Occupational Health & Safety Regulations Part II, Div. III most recent codes and requirements. The Consultant is to verify CMMS on site and update to include the written instructions for the operation, maintenance, and testing/verifications of HVAC systems and the calibration of all sensors, probes and gauges on which the systems depend for efficient operation. Regulation requires site specific standard operating procedures that seek to prevent inadvertent releases and instructs on-site and service personnel on how to maintain on-going compliance with applicable regulations. SOP update to also include halocarbon containing equipment. Updated SOPs are required to include a standardize word compatible file template which is to be used and updated for the future for any newly added equipment5 year cyclical review of building HVAC SOP
