We would like to inform you that we anticipate the possibility of conducting the second stage of this procedure (negotiations) in the form of a discount auction or request for quotation. We reserve the right to terminate the proceedings failure to select an offer if the estimated funds are exceeded. Scope of procedure: Energy performance certificates should be prepared on the basis of the methodology for determining the energy performance of a building or part of a building, in accordance with provisions of the Act of August 29, 2014 on the energy performance of buildings (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 101, as amended) and the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure and Development on the methodology for determining the energy performance of a building or part building (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 376, as amended) using an IT system in which a central register of the energy performance of buildings is kept. An energy performance certificate for each building is required delivered in a paper version (1 set) and in an electronic PDF version, signed by the person preparing the document.
