4.1. The subject of the order is the development of an update of the design documentation for the development of the City Park in Hajnówka along with obtaining the necessary administrative decisions enabling the implementation of the planned construction works in the field of: a) construction of park alleys, b) demolition of existing hardened park alleys, c) construction of a maneuvering road, d) construction and reconstruction of lighting, e) construction of individual electrical connections, f) connections water supply, g) construction of a spa, h) construction of small architecture, i) cutting down conflicting trees and bushes, making new plantings, maintaining existing vegetation, j) strengthening the hill, profiling the toboggan run, k) reconstruction of the playground and games, l) monitoring the area of the city park, m) renovation works of the amphitheater.4.2. The detailed scope of work covered by the order is specified in the draft contract constituting Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ and in the description of the subject of the order constituting Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ.4.3.
