The subject of the order is to update the construction and cost estimate design documentation

for the reconstruction of Sesamkowa Street in Olmonty, plot no. 17/41, Olmonty district, on the basis of the Juchnowiec Kościelny Commune Office, developed by Pracownia Projektowa "KOMI" sp. z o.o.

based in Białystoktowards the street Jerzego Washington 24/197 - constituting Annex No. 11 to the SWZ, together with obtaining a document from the competent architectural and construction administration authority conditioning the possibility of commencing construction works covered by the developed design documentation and performing author's supervision ond design documentation during the investment implementation. Rainwater is expected to be drained from the street. Sesame to existingego of the watercourse through plot no. 17/42 to which the Ordering Party has the title.

The designer should obtain any deviations from the technical conditions in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure on technical and construction regulations regarding public roads of June 22, 2022 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2012, item 1518) necessary for the implementation of the subject of the order.
