1. The subject of the order is to update the complete design documentation for the task titled: "Reconstruction of the embankments of the Libuszanka stream in the town of Libusza, Korczyna, Biecz commune, Gorlicki poviat, Lesser Poland Voivodeship" 2. Detailed description of the subject of the order and conditions implementation of the subject of the order is included in Attachment. No. 3 to SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order. 3. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. The Ordering Party does not divide it into parts for the following reasons: It is not possible to divide this part parts orders. The individual elements of the order are interconnected and constitute a functional whole, therefore they must be performed by one Contractor as part of one order. Division of the order into parts and subsequent execution awarding contracts to different contractors could jeopardize the proper performance of the contract.
