The subject of the public procurement is the selection of a contractor for the development of new modules and functionalities, and refinement of the existing software systems for accepting candidate student documents for Bulgarian and foreign citizens (referred to below "the software product" or "software modules"), implementation and verification of the functionality of the software modules, training for operation and warranty support, according to the Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1). The planned activities for the development of new modules and functionalities, and refinement of the existing ones in the software systems for receiving candidate student documents for Bulgarian and foreign citizens and adaptation to the existing modules, should be in accordance with the requirements regulated by the internal acts of MU-Varna.
