Published on: 2026-03-16 00:00:00 Deadline date and time for submission of envelopes: 2026-04-27 Purpose: The purpose of this consultation is to: - Update existing content (animation support, educational progress, Excel tool for opportunity study, exercises, and other documents) on the following points: costs of installations, financing, developments Heat Fund 2026, new CEE geothermal systems operational sheets as of 01/01/2026, regulatory aspects, CEREMA EnRezo tool, etc. -Train the trainers who will lead the face-to-face training sessions; -Lead a test session and following this, make adjustments to the training if necessary -Lead face-to-face sessions in different regions in France -Write the qualitative and quantitative assessments and propose improvements. A training session will last three consecutive days. The number of face-to-face sessions will be set at a maximum of 12 participants per session and a minimum of 6 participants. THE face-to-face will be organized in the region (including Ile de France and Overseas). Inter-regional sessions may be organized in Paris or in the region. ADEME will support the holder of the framework agreement throughout the provision of the service, through a steering committee. The service is planned to start in June 2026 for a period of 12 months, renewable twice for 12 months, for a total duration of 36 months.
