The SBB has locker systems (SFA) in operation at a total of 85 stations: new locker systems and blue locker systems (SFA). The blue SFA can only be paid for with coins and locked or opened with physical keys. SBB wants this type of system in the form of an upcyclings modernize. Around 70 small to medium-sized SBB locations and various other locations with the same type of system from other transport companies or third parties still have blue SFA. In a first stage, SBB is planning to convert 40 locations. The SBB is looking for a cheap one for thisand rapid upcycling solution for refurbishment to meet current customer needs and extend service life.
