Upcoming procurement of health technology in Rogaland - input for procurement and financing model The municipalities in Rogaland, organized through the Digi Rogaland collaboration, are working on a joint procurement of health technology for the municipalities in Rogaland. Stavanger municipality leads the implementation of the procurement. Our goal is to obtain a comprehensive agreement on health technology equipment, response services and user interface/platform. The acquisition is expected to include both user-oriented and employee-oriented technology, in addition to software that collects all data in one user interface/one platform. Seamless and secure data flow between equipment, user interface and EHR is expected. The scope of the procurement leads to high complexity and many needs to be met. Volume, number of users and technologies may vary between the municipalities, and the solution must be able to be scaled up over time. In this regard, Stavanger municipality wants input from the market related to the appropriate design of the procurement and financing model, and we ask that you look at the attached document for further information. We ask that the input be sent in writing via Mercell by 10 August 2026.
