The University of Regina, Main Campus located at 3737 Wascana Parkway in Regina, is looking to bring underground services to the existing artificial field turf which is home to the UofR Rams and UofR Cougar's Women's Soccer teams. Services are to be brought to the field for future expansion of the facility and include: water, sewer, natural gas, and fibre for updated telecommunications. Fibre layouts have been previously designed in coordination with SaskTel with Option 1 being the UofR preferred routing, but with both options being included for pricing alternatives. While other services will be terminated in location for future facility expansion, the expectation is that fibre will be installed and commissioned for immediate use. All other information is included within the drawings and specifications package within. Questions must be submitted by email for tracking and response purposes.

All clarification questions must be received no later than October 21, 2025 with formal response being uploaded by Addenda no later than October 23, 2025. Mandatory onsite review: Friday October 17, 2025 @ 11AM SK Time. Location noted within tender documents. ExTENDED TENDER DEADLINE NOVEMBER 13, 2025. WILL UPLOAD ADDENDUM 2 WITH ADDITIONAL FIBER INFORMATION SHORTLY.
