The scope of work is to upgrade the audio/video system in several classrooms/labs at UNR Lake Tahoe Campus. The scope includes architectural and electrical work. The general contractor will collaborate with the UNR project manager and UNR Lake Tahoe representative to minimize the construction's impact on academic activities.Required Insurance if Awarded: Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation, Contractors Pollution Liability Insurance, and Builders Risk Insurance will be required.
