Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the unloading service of wagons with coal dust at the MPEC Sp. warehouse yard. z o. o. wOlsztyn at ul. Słoneczna 46. 2. The contractor ensures high quality of the works that are the subject of the order, using its own appropriate equipment that will have the approvals and certificates required by law, in accordance with technical requirements. 3. The Ordering Party reserves that the fine coal delivery plan will be provided to the Contractor on an ongoing basis, in accordance with the information contained in the Contract ordering party. 4. When entering and carrying out any work on the premises of the Ordering Party, the Contractor is obliged to comply with the principles of occupational health and safety, environmental protection and fire protection regulations - in accordance with general applicable legal provisions, as well as the Ordering Party's Regulations on the Operation of the Railway Siding of MPEC Sp. zoo. in Olsztyn. The Regulations will be made available to the Contractor selected in this procedure. 5. Start and end of unloading wagons will be supervised by a designated employee of the Ordering Party.6. Liability for failure to meet the unloading time set by the carrier, not attributable to the Ordering Party, and for damage to wagons occurring during unloading rests with the Contractor's side. 7. The Contractor is responsible for the complete unloading of wagons with the delivered coal dust. Record number: AU-000660
