The University wishes to have available a certified, independent and specialized company in financial audits, which can be mobilized on demand for the realization of certificates relating to the financial statements (Certificate on the Financial Statements - CFS), required within the framework of programs European specific. Each year, as part of projects funded by these programs, the university is required to present jointly the final report, a CFS certificate when eligible expenses exceed the following thresholds: • € 325, 000 excl. The Horizon Europe programs. The present call for tenders aims to conclude a service market, set at one (1) year, renewable three (3) time one (1) one year (1+1+1+1) on the advice of the University, in order to retain a recognized holder for its expertise in the field of certificates relating to the financial statements (Certificate on the Financial Statements - CFS). The market only includes the single following lot: Audit - Development of certificates relating to financial statements (CFS) for the University of Luxembourg.
