POMERLEAU INC, acting as Construction Manager (CM) for the University of Guelph Student Residence Project at 78 College Avenue W, is pleased to invite you to bid on the early works scope for the project: E3100 Earthwork E3300 Site ServicesThe University of Guelph Student Residence at 78 College Avenue is a new build located in the City of Guelph, Ontario, within the University-s campus. The Project includes one (1) building. The building is comprised of two (2) quadrants. The quadrants have six (6) and eight (8) storeys with approximately 416 units, 1, 250 beds, amenities, a full commercial kitchen, servery, central courtyard and dining hall. The project is mostly located on a greenfield site with select areas having been developed with utilities.
