Tender Details

The City is seeking Tenders to provide the following Goods and Services in respect of:
-University Ave West Reconstruction. Project includes full reconstruction of all the watermain, sanitary & storm sewers, rebuilding and narrowing of the roadway and replacement of curb and sidewalk between College Avenue and Gordon Street
-Work is anticipated to begin upon contract award, take place over two (2) construction seasons using the phased approach listed in the Supplemental Special Provisions and be substantially completed by fall 2027.
The City is seeking Tenders from Responsible Bidders that have the necessary qualifications and experience to provide the Goods and Services sought.
