Description

AMENDMENT 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to revise the Evaluation factors by deleting the requirement for quoters to submit an Attestation form for any applicable software. No Attestation form is required for this solicitation as there is no software in this requirement for which the Attestation form applies. Therefore, Section (viii), 52.212-2 Addendum, in the following solicitation is revised to delete the Attestation form requirement for this RFQ. All quotations having been submitted to this RFQ prior to the original closing date will be evaluated and considered for award unless a given quoter submits a revised quotation. The closing date for accepting quotations is extended until July 14, 2025 at 4:00 PM, ET. All other terms and provisions remain unchanged.

(i) This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

(ii) The solicitation number is AMDTCRQ2501279, and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) that is restricted to small businesses. This acquisition is for a commercial item or service and is conducted under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13—Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 12—Acquisition of Commercial Items. A Fixed-Price type of Purchase Order contract is contemplated for any resulting contract entered into as a result of this solicitation.

(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number/Effective Date: 2025-03 / 01-17-2025.
