Tender Details
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to seek Proponents for the provision of renovation of vacant units. This RFP will be used to create a roster list of pre-qualified Vendors. The roster shall be valid for a period of one (1) year, with an option in favour of CHC to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions (including pricing) for two (2) additional terms of up to one (1) year each.
CHC intends to enter into individual contracts with a pool of six (6) qualified Vendors. CHC reserves the right to increase or decrease this number as deemed necessary. Work assignments under this RFP shall be distributed on a rotational basis as well as a “best fit” basis. The maximum value of work for any project assigned to a successful Proponent under the roster list is $24, 999.
