The City of Kemi will request your bid for unique consultancy services, for project management and community engineering construction tasks as a so-called partnership agreement. The procurement applies to assignments that are not competitively competed. Based on the invitation to tender and the tender, a partnership agreement is concluded with the companies, which is in accordance with the model in appendix 1.
