These administrative and technical bases will regulate the procedures, set the dates and deadlines, establish guarantees and conditions that will govern the call for public bidding, which must be approved by resolution. in addition to being governed by Law NO19, 886 and its regulation 661 of 2024, of the Ministry of Finance. It is the responsibility of the bidders to carry out a complete study of the background information provided in this tender, such as, administrative bases, technical bases, clarifications and forum responses and other background information. 1.2. The purpose of these administrative bases is to contract “UNIFORM MAKING SERVICE FOR VTF UNION 2026” according to the characteristics which are expressed below. Likewise, it establishes the way to relate with the providers of the aforementioned services, hereinafter “bidders”, during the bidding process and in all its related matters. 1.3. This public tender will be governed at all times in accordance with the provisions of Law NO19, 886 on Public Procurement and the Regulation contained in Decree NO661 of 2024 of the Ministry of Finance.
