Tender Details

The subject of the order is the delivery of a set of materials - uniform methodologies, templates and documentation samples that make up the Uniform Methodological Framework (hereinafter referred to as "JMR") of cyber security in public administration. The subject of the contract will be delivered in two basic parts: "PART 1 governance documents" and "PART 2 tetechnical documents". JMR will serve the public authorities of the Slovak Republic (hereinafter referred to as "OVM") for the purpose of supporting the implementation of security measures in accordance with the requirements of cyber and information security. JMR defines the principles of a uniform procedure in the implementation of security measuresfor public administration information systems (hereinafter referred to as "ISVS") and the concept of security documentation based on the currently valid legal legislation of the Slovak Republic necessary for public administration entities, which is necessary for the adoption of security measures across identified risksami of the subjects themselves in terms of the obligations established in the relevant legal regulations of the Slovak Republic and recommendations of technical standards.
