The services may be provided to the Social Protection for Inclusion, Resilience, Innovation, and Transformation (SPIRIT) Pprogramme as well as other programmes implemented by UNICEF in Ukraine.The SPIRIT Programme (Social Protection for Inclusion, Resilience, Innovation, and Transformation) is a reform initiative led by UNICEF in partnership with the MoSP and supported by the UK Government. SPIRIT aims to strengthen Ukraine's social protection and social care systems in response to the challenges posed by the full-scale invasion, while supporting the country's long-term recovery and EU integration.SPIRIT supports Ukraine's social protection and reform by developing innovative, evidence-based policies, piloting community-driven services, and promoting inclusion for vulnerable groups.
