The procurement is divided into two areas (1-2): 1. Underwater technical studies in the sea area 2. The subject of the acquisition is described in more detail in Annex 1 of the invitation to tender. Partial offers are allowed. The tenderer may submit a bid to either one or both sub-areas. Based on the tender, the framework arrangement of several suppliers is formed. Three (3) frame contract suppliers are selected by sub-areas, unless there are fewer tenderers or acceptable tenders. The subscriber acquires expert services for a framework arrangement during separate assignments for projects related to sea breeze. The operating model of the framework arrangement is described in more detail 2.
