A report, along with video documentation, shall depict any evidence of flow restriction, leaks, degradation of pipe weighting, compromise in the cathodic protection system or corrosion of exposed steel structures. The inspection shall be conducted in accordance with standards of the American Society of Civil Engineers Waterfront Facilities Inspection and Assessment Manual No. 130.
