Description : ReLondon is seeking a consultant or agency to undertake resident insight research with residents who live in a flat above a shop across six streets in three London boroughs - the London borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, the London borough of Islington, and the London borough of Waltham Forest. The purpose of the insight research is to understand residents experience of the new waste and recycling service on their street (introduced in Spring 2024), and whether recycling improvement interventions deployed by ReLondon and the boroughs have led to claimed long term recycling behaviour change. These resident interviews are requested to be undertaken in September 2024, and results provided to ReLondon at the end of October 2024.
