This framework agreement concerns the study and carrying out of work for public electricity, lighting, civil engineering networks of communications and charging infrastructure for electric vehicles (IRVE) on behalf of the SDEC Energie. The work consists in putting mainly inunderground of public electrical distribution networks and/or public lighting and/or communications. These works can be existing, to be created, to be moved or to deposit. This nature of works aims, among other things, strengthening, securing the electrical network and coordinated erasenetworks. Certain works may have specificities (technical requirements, complex coordination, dense housing areas, special criteria, etc.). The company will adapt its means and its organization to the characteristics of this type of site. This nature of work also includesInstallation of charging infrastructure for electric vehicles. In accordance with article 22 of decree n 2017-26 of January 12, 2017 relating to charging infrastructure for electric vehicles, the holder must be in possession of a qualification for the installation of the said infrastructurerecharging issued by an accredited qualification organization. In the event that the holder does not have this qualification for the response of this market, he will need to be qualified 6 months at the latest to the notification of this said market.
