"A specification inspection must be carried out on each unit by a member of the Vehicle Management Agency(VMA). This inspection may be carried out at a dealer location or at the VMA location listed below. Any discrepancies discovered by this inspection will be resolved at this location( by the bidder at their cost) before payment is processed. These inspections must be carried out by Vehicle Management Agency personnel on a timely basis, mutually agreeable to both the dealer/bidder and Vehicle Management. To arrange the inspection, please contact the VMA at 506-453-2601. (See appendix A for other conditions)"

Inspections and Acceptance
If the dealer is located outside the Province of New Brunswick, the cost to complete these inspections by Vehicle Management Agency personnel must be the responsibility of the dealer. Said costs must be included in the bid price of the tender as follows;
1) Within an 800 km. radius of Fredericton N.B., transportation must be by ground at a vehicle rate of $ 0.58 / km. Overnight accommodations, meals and incidentals must also be included in the bid price as per the Province of New Brunswick Travel Policy. The Vehicle Management Agency must determine if overnight accommodations are required and the length of stay.
2) For a radius greater than 800 km. of Fredericton N.B., air transportation must be supplied. Air travel must commence and terminate in Fredericton on a recognized Transport Canada carrier. Overnight accommodations, meals, ground transportation, and incidentals must also be included in the bid price as per the Province of New Brunswick Travel Policy.
