Description:-Under This Procedure, The Contractor / Carrier Will Execute The Assigned Bus Lines And Schedules In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Road Transport Act, The Road Traffic Act, The Secondary Legislation Issued On The Basis Thereof, Ordinance No 33 Of 03.11.1999. For Publictransport Of Passengers And Freight On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria Issued By The Minister Of Transport And The Agreements Reached With The Contracting Authority As A Result Of The Procedure, Concerning The Technical Condition Of The Motor Vehicles With Which To Carry Out The Transport, The Hygienic Conditionsand The Comfort Of The Buses In The Implementation Of The Service. The Execution Of The Order Aims To Ensure Transportation Of Students Up To 16 Years Of Age With Specialized Transport Of The Required Quality.
