The stipulations of this framework agreement concern the implementation of the operation of roads and barriers during the construction of the T1 tramway from Bobigny to Val-de-Fontenay - Minimum amount over the total duration of the contract: 5, 000, 000.00 euro(s) excluding tax - Maximum amount over the total duration of the contract: 25, 000, 000.00 euro(s) excluding tax. It includes: - the installation, maintenance, removal and rental of marking devices or site protection (excluding maintenance and adaptation to progress on the areas placed available to works companies), - installation, removal and maintenance of temporary horizontal signage, - installation, removal and maintenance of temporary vertical signage, - installation, removal and maintenance of public lighting temporary, - installation, removal and maintenance of the barrier or fence of areas to be isolated, - provisional three-color light signaling services - preparatory work, - site installation The contract also includes monitoring of the marking installed as well as an on-call device. The contract includes two additional services: Cleaning of marked but unoccupied sectors along the entire route under construction (excluding areas made available to construction companies).
