Ladies and Gentlemen, We encourage you to submit offers for the supply of unalloyed, batch steel scrap with the following parameters: · piece size - dimensions max. 400 mm x 400 mm x 400 mm, thickness min. 1mm, · Mn content max. 0.45%; Pmax.0.03%; S max.0.02%; Cr max.0.05%: Sn max. 0.015. Analysis of 9 pcs.-avg. from 9 samples for Mn, P, S, Cr, Sn. Exceeding the average disqualifies the delivery. It is permissible to exceed the value by up to 20% for a maximum of 2 out of 9 samples. · form - waste sheets, sections, loose or compressed - galvanized or black without pipes, wire, ropes, shavings, closed vessels, dangerous or suspected items. contaminants - without non-ferrous metals, tar, rubber, varnishes, plastics, metallic contaminants in quantity max. 1.5%. Deliveries by self-unloading vehicles, protected against atmospheric effects. Steel scrap is collected by checking the chemical composition of 9 randomly taken samples on a truck scale. In the event of compliance of the composition with order, the car is sent for unloading. If the composition or appearance is clearly different in important parameters, the car is not accepted and the delivery is placed at the Supplier's disposal. We kindly ask you to approach the offered material rationally certainty of its composition, because each check in the laboratory and weighing of the material is additional work of our employees and a cost incurred by the company.
