The goal is for these videos to stand out and in the domestic media environment and internationally in the Eurovision Song Contest, where the winning song and performer represent Finland. The tenderer is expected to have an innovative vision and strong professionalism. The project offers a unique platform to demonstrate visual creativity and technical competence. The concepts of the music videos are planned and coordinated in cooperation with Yle and the artists, so that the visual look remains consistent throughout the UMK27 project. The music videos are realized in cooperation with Yle production with in such a way that the masking and costuming of the artists and the set construction work for the videos come from Yle according to the budget frame defined by Yle. Bids are evaluated based on price, quality of ideas and production plans. The goal is to find a cost-effective solution that produces visually impressive, insightful and high-quality videos.
