2 Green Park, north of the 50m line

3 The garden North of the old vegetable market, 50 m

This is according to the terms and conditions books prepared for this purpose and the provisions of Financial Law No. 37 of 2021

Subscription applications, accompanied by the necessary identification documents, shall be submitted to the Daraa City Council office until the end of official working hours on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 AD.

Bidding begins at the Daraa City Council building at 1:00 p.m Ten o'clock on Thursday, December 11, 2025 AD. According to the conditions books prepared for this purpose

Duration of occupancy: three years

Initial insurance: 1, 000, 000/1 million Syrian pounds paid to the Daraa Finance Directorate

Final deposit: 10% of the referral value

The value of the file: /50, 000/ fifty thousand Syrian pounds

Delay fine 0.001%, one thousandth of the contract value for each day of delay from the date of referral
