Bulletin Desc : The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to decommission the underground diesel storage tank in place. Work includes cleaning, inerting, environmental testing, documentation, and regulatory closure. The tank will be cleaned, rendered inert, and filled with an approved inert material. Soil sampling and laboratory analysis will be conducted to identify any contamination. All required documentation will be submitted to the DEQ.
