Services SpecificationsOverview:The John T. Montford Psychiatric / Medical Unit (8602 Peach Ave, Lubbock, TX 79404) is seeking a Contractor with equipment and personnel to provide ultrasound services. Examinations must be completed at least twice a month at a mutually agreed time. Technician must have at least 5 years cardiovascular/sonography experience or two year experience and certification eligible as a cardiovascular technician and MUST provide copies of certification within 24 hours if requested.Service Requirements:Contractor must supply a Mobile General Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound Sonography unit, GE AlphaLogic 200 or equivalent to perform the following minimum examinations:Exams to be performed:1. Gallbladder2. Liver3. Spleen4. Abdominal Aorta5. Thyroid6. Testicular7. PelvicContractor will provide ultrasound equipment and supplies needed to perform required scans.Contractor will need to provide picture ID each time they enter the unit.
