This is a combined synopsis/solicitation full and open/unrestricted for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotes under solicitation number: 36C26225Q1086The Department of Veterans Affairs San Diego Healthcare System, Los Angeles, CA 92161 has a requirement for the Ultrasonic Cleaning Equipment. The Contractor shall furnish all supplies/services at The VA San Diego Healthcare System located in 3350 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, CA 92161. Shipping term is FOB Destination. Shipping cost must be included in the unit cost.NOTE: Potential offers must be aware that the items being acquired are procured as Brand Name or Equal. For those items that are or equal, a description of the salient characteristics is outlined below. The FAR Clause 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal applies to this acquisition. Offeror quotations must demonstrate meeting the salient physical, and functional characteristics included in this solicitation, otherwise, they will be considered non-responsive and not considered for award.No remanufactures or gray market items will be acceptable.
