"Successful delivery and assembly of furniture to the UKW Student Dormitory - Dormitory No. 2 "ATOMEK" at ul. Łużycka 21 in Bydgoszcz" The subject of the order is the successive delivery and assembly of furniture to the Student House of the Kazimierz Wielki University, Dormitory No. 2 "ATOMEK" at street Łużycka 21 in Bydgoszcz", specified in detail in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) (Appendix No. 11 to the SWZ), the Price Form (Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ) and in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (Appendix No. 12 to the SWZ). These proceedings is conducted in an open tender pursuant to Art. 132 of the Act of September 11, 2019 Public Procurement Law (i.e. of May 18, 2021, Journal of Laws of 2023, items 1605, 1720), hereinafter referred to as the "Pzp Act" and this Specification of Conditions Orders, hereinafter referred to as "SWZ". 2. The estimated value of the contract exceeds the amount specified in the announcement of the President of the Public Procurement Office issued pursuant to Art. 3 section 2 Pzp. 3.
