UKC Ljubljana on the basis of Article 32 of the Public-Private Partnership Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia No. 127/2006); hereinafter referred to as the LPPC) and pursuant to the authorization of the Ministry of Health no. 4300-11 / 2019/14 of 14.1.2020 and on the basis of other provisions of the LPPC concerning the implementation of the pre-litigation procedure, all potential promoters to submit, in accordance with the instructions below, their applications for interest in the implementation of a public-private partnership project for the comprehensive energy renovation of public facilities, and contractual provision of savings and energy management in publicof the projects managed by UKC Ljubljana, based on the principle of contractually providing energy savings
