The subject of the public contract is the supply of 1 piece of apparatus for quality control of nucleic acids used especially in the preparation of libraries for next-generation sequencing (NGS). Based on automatic electrophoresis, the device will improve the quality and speed up the preparation of NGS for the field of microbiology. The instrument must allow a standardized way of determining the quality of RIN and DIN. The device will thus enable demonstration of these modern procedures in undergraduate study and deeper data analysis for postgraduate study projects, including patient management, scientific studies and publication outputs.
