The subject of the performance is the supply of software for processing, display, analysis and presentation of image data, especially from microscopic observations of living cells. The software will be used in the study fields of cell biology and pathology, human physiology and pathophysiology, molecular and cellular biology, genetics and virology, neuroscience and imaging methods in medicine. The program must be optimized for high-resolution fluorescence and electron microscope CT and MRI images. The program creates 2D spatial and temporal sets images of 3D objects, enables their viewing, automatic comparison and tracing of the movement of selected points and objects.
