This is to include all hardware needed to install guardrail, (bolts, washers, nuts, splice plates), (3 inch sleeves with bolts, washers and nuts to attach guardrail to post), etc. Splice plate should have 8 - 5/8' nuts tack welded to a bent sheet metal positioner as shown in detail.
