Tender Details

The subject of the procedure is to collect offers for the supply of UIC558 cables for wagons of the 111A-40/112A-40 project. The winner of the procedure will be obliged to sign a framework agreement for a period of 4 years. Estimated annual quantities of cables are included in Annex no 1- List of UIC 558 cables. We reserve the right to change the type of cables and their estimated lengths by ± 20%. The Ordering Party allows the possibility of negotiating the terms of the contract during the procedure by asking questions until the deadline for submitting offers. Once the proceedings are completed, the terms of the contract are non-negotiable. Requirements: · the offer should include the net unit price for 1 meter, · the validity of the offer min. 90 days.The offer should include the following items:1. Net price and payment terms (30-day transfer).2. Time implementation of the subject of the proceedings - up to 8 weeks.3. Validity of the offer.4. Warranty terms: 48 months.5. Delivery conditions - DAP required according to Incoterms 2020.6. Contact person. The following should be attached to the offer in the form of attachments: 1. Current registration data contractual (entry in CEIDG, current KRS in PDF).2. Current business insurance (OC).
