Tender Details

The subject of the public contract is the reconstruction of 9 pcs of studios, corridors and landings on the 5th floor of the Malinovsky hostel building. The reconstruction of the studio includes all the work that is necessary to:

- the dismantling of the existing social core and its replacement of new SDK structures,

- perform all new insulation,

- laying of tiles, tiles, coating, surface treatment,

- wiring, central heating and healthcare,

- replacement of doorframes and doors,

- design of new paintings and coatings,

- equipment with new fixtures and kitchen.



The reconstruction of the corridor including the landing fromThe staircase includes:

- repair of plasters,

- dismantling the wooden ceiling tiling,

- installation of new cassette ceiling,

- replacement of PVC including substrate alignment,

- replacement of wiring including switches, luminaires, switchboards

-coatings.
